What happens next

Click the “Book A Session” button and choose a time that works for you. We will have up to 60 minutes for you to ask me questions about therapy and tell me your stories of what brought you here. You will get to know me through my listening, questions and thoughts on what you say. Together we will then decide if we’re a good fit to reach your goals.

If we are a good fit, we will schedule an intake session. Before this session, you will fill out the Intake Questionnaire and sign two forms. I must have these before we can have our first therapeutic session. We will then go over the Intake together in that session.

During the first few sessions we will dive deeper into the issues you are facing, and decide on exactly what you want out of therapy. Setting obtainable goals is crucial and will take as many sessions as needed. This is not a stage to rush. It is here that you begin to take back control of your life.
